TOKYO VIP SELECTION

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 31, 2026 · Official English Version

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit vip-selection.tokyo (the “Site”), when you interact with our email communications, and when you purchase through a Stripe checkout page linked from the Site — and how that information is used.

1. Who We Are

Pachi Pachi Inc.
N&E BLD. 7F
1-12-4 Ginza, Chuo-ku
Tokyo, Japan
Email: contact@vip-selection.tokyo

Pachi Pachi Inc. operates the Site and is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Usage information. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect information such as pages viewed, scrolling and click activity, approximate location (country or city level, derived from a truncated IP address), device and browser type, screen size, referring website or campaign, and the date and time of your visit.

Email interaction information. Emails we send may contain a small tracking image and measured links. If your email client loads images or you click a link, we record that the email was opened or the link was clicked, together with the time and a message identifier. Some email providers pre-load images automatically, so open data is approximate.

Order information. Purchases are processed by Stripe on its own checkout pages. Stripe collects your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment card information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.

3. Analytics Tools We Use

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures visitor numbers, traffic sources, and on-site behavior using cookies and similar identifiers. Learn how Google uses data at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) captures how visitors use the Site through heatmaps and session replay (mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks). Text you type into sensitive fields is masked by default. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies on your device. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site remains fully usable without them.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate and secure the Site; to understand which pages and products interest visitors and improve our content; to measure the effectiveness of our email communications and campaigns; to fulfill orders and respond to inquiries; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers named in this Policy (Google, Microsoft, Stripe, our email and hosting providers), each acting under its own contractual and legal obligations; with carriers and customs authorities as needed to deliver an order; and where disclosure is required by law.

6. Retention

Analytics data is retained for the standard retention periods of the respective tools. Email interaction records and order correspondence are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, and thereafter deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for tax or accounting records).

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may set your browser to refuse cookies, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above, or disable image loading in your email client to prevent open tracking. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise a right or ask a question, contact contact@vip-selection.tokyo; we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. International Transfers

The Site is operated from Japan, and the analytics and payment providers named above may process information on servers in other countries, including the United States. Each provider maintains safeguards described in its own privacy documentation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with its Effective Date shown above. Material changes will be indicated by updating that date.

Meta advertising measurement on the collection

If you choose “Allow analytics & Meta” in the collection’s privacy settings, Meta Pixel sends page views and clicks on Instagram, direct-message and checkout entry links to Meta Platforms for advertising measurement. Meta may use cookies and browser or device information to match these activities to your Meta account and measure advertising performance. An entry-link click is not a completed message, registration or purchase.

Choose “Analytics only” to allow our collection analytics without Meta Pixel, or “No thanks” to decline both. You can withdraw your choice at any time using “Privacy settings” on the collection. Declining does not affect shopping. The collection does not enable Meta Pixel when the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for Meta’s handling of information.
